Brimhall Bridges

The Brimhall Bridges are a unique double bridge formation on the Waterpocket Fold in Capitol Reef. The hike begins at Hall’s Creek Overlook, drops 1,200 feet into Hall’s Canyon, then leads into Brimhall Canyon, a tributary canyon of Hall’s Canyon. Once in Brimhall Canyon, some tricky pool wading and short rock climbing sections lead to the back of the canyon, where the large Brimhall Bridges come into view. Oddly enough, the bridges can be seen from the trailhead if one knows where to look, although their impressive size is best observed closer up.
